Spectacular Seabrook Island Villa, unlike any other, includes Club access

After walking in the front door, you are drawn to the two-story, floor to ceiling, views of the Bohicket River and Marina. When you finally remember to look around, you'll immediately see the custom, steel staircase leading to a loft sitting area, 2 large bedrooms each with it's own bathroom and full-sized washer and dryer. Downstairs is another bedroom (also with it's own bathroom) plus another half-bath. Almost 1,900 square feet of brand new living space. High-end, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and over 400 square feet of decks. 55-inch TV with Bluetooth sound bar plus TVs in each bedroom.

Our villa is located in the gated Bohicket Marina Village and is just steps to the boardwalk where you can wander down to shops, restaurants, and bars. Charter a boat, paddle in a kayak or explore the area on a stand up paddle board. You can also unwind at the private outdoor complex pool.

You will be an easy bike ride or walk to the Seabrook Racquet Club (15 tennis courts and 7 Pickleball courts) and the Lake House Recreation Center, with its full exercise facility, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, lake and walking paths. Jump on a bike for a quick 10-minute ride to the Equestrian Center or a 10 minute walk to the shops at Freshfields, a wonderful shopping area with great restaurants and several events throughout the year. The beach is an easy bike ride through the beautiful Seabrook community.

AMENITY CARDS ARE INCLUDED FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO THE GUESTS. With an amenity card, the Club at Seabrook allows guests access to two championship golf courses, 15 tennis courts, 7 Pickleball courts, the Equestrian Center, Oceanfront pool complex, superior casual and upscale dining options all inside the gate. Toss your car keys and bike to everything! (There are additional guest charges for golf fees, tennis court usage and fitness club.)

Charleston is also close by-enjoy fabulous restaurants, shopping, art galleries, walking tours, and so much more in this amazing city.

This property is amazing and it was one of the best vacation's my family and I have had! The kitchen has everything you might need! Beautiful and spacious. Loved staring at the water and marina every day. Traffic back to Charleston is awful, so plan to enjoy all that Seabrook and Kiawah have to offer. We’ve already booked again for Oct and are looking forward to it.

Outstanding location

This property offers everything you could possibly want in a vacation. Incredible views of boats and dolphins and the saltwater marsh, some of Charleston’s best shopping two minutes away, one of SC’s nicest beaches less than ten minutes away, fishing, sailing, walking paths, restaurants, all right there. Wonderful villa at Bohicket! Kitchen is fully equipped for guests who chose to cook fresh seafood. Convenient to restaurants at the marina and in Freshfields. Not an accessible property if climbing steps is difficult. We will be staying there again.

You’ll love this place

We have visited this property several times and just love it. The property always spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The owner is responsive and welcoming. Bohicket marina is relaxing, with spectacular marsh and sunset views, primo walking and biking, great beaches nearby, golf and tennis close, and even good shopping. Highly recommend it!
