Welcome to 13108 Pelican Watch Villa. Open the front door and let the views take your breath away! You have plenty of privacy from all rooms. The incredible water views will mesmerize you during the day and the sunsets will captivate you into the night. All can be seen from your private balcony. You have direct access to Pelican Beach via the boardwalk outside your back door. Unpack your bags and make yourself comfortable as you take in the beauty of Seabrook Island. This 1 bedroom, 2 full bath Villa invites you to kick off your shoes and settle into quiet beach life. The location is close to the Beach Club pools, outdoor/indoor dining, the clubhouse for golf, and is ideal for walking the 3.5 miles of private beach.

Enter this villa and find the large primary en-suite off the entry. Wood floors run throughout the villa. The bedroom has a large, comfortable memory foam king bed, dressed in a cozy comforter. There is a ceiling fan for cool breezes, as you sleep, and a Smart Samsung TV for entertainment. There is a comfy leather lounge chair and ottoman for reading or relaxing. Behind the sliding barn door is the primary bath. The bath updates include a marble topped vanity, plenty of light, tiled floors and a large walk-in shower with a Hans-Grohe rain head . Tucked into a closet of the bedroom are the stacked washer and dryer. You will find an additional full bath of the main hallway.

Head down the hallway into the main living area of the villa. Here you will be able to cook, dine and live while gazing out to the rolling waves of Pelican Beach. The kitchen has marble counters, subway tiled backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The owners have made sure the kitchen is fully stocked for you! A dining table can seat six comfortably in the Riviera rattan chairs. A great chandelier hangs over the table. The living space has a new queen memory gel sleeper sofa. Ceilings soar high to make this living space even more spacious feeling. Open your sliding doors and flip on the ceiling fan. Feel the low country coastal breezes. New hurricane grade windows give you a panoramic view out to Deveaux Bank.

Step out to your back deck and breathe in the salt air. A table has seating for four. The perfect spot to dine al fresco. Watch the dolphins frolic in the distance. Head out the back door and be on the boardwalk to the beach.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
