Animals are not kept in world class facilities. The birds had very little shade and it was extremely hot. The dolphins were kept in very small enclosures. Completely unecessary.

The location and views from the lobby are amazing! The staff was very hospitable. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Instead of curtains, a glass door would help keep the water in the shower room.

Love the location, great staff, food options but gym is small and pool is small and room a bit outdated. Overall good stay though!
