Very nice townhouse on 78th and Landis on the beach side of Landis. Owner will allow a pet with $200 Non-Refundable pet fee. Charcoal grill in garage for tenants use. 6 beach tags provided.First level has one master bedroom with private bath, 2 bedrooms each with 2 twins and a hall bath. Next level has living room, dining area, kitchen, powder room and roomy deck. Top level has another master bedroom with private bath and deck.
