Second floor has the "great room" living area, dining area, kitchen, full bath, bedroom with King bed and private furnished deck with ocean views, and a large furnished deck off of the family room for entertaining with ocean views. Third floor has 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, 1 furnished deck with ocean views and 1 full bath. There are three desks to accommodate work from home or school from home needs. This house also features a furnished and fenced in yard for entertaining.
