Beautiful Townhouse with bay views and sunset views. New owners are painting the entire house, adding quartz kitchen counters, new LR furniture and more, new carpeting, new deck furniture .Roku Tv in the main living room. There is a Peloton in a first floor bedroom. Backyard furniture includes an umbrella and a grill. Every bedroom has a TV. There are 3 Rokus, one on each floor, wifi extender on each floor, ping-pong table. Owner will provide beach tags as a courtesy. First Floor has 2 bedrooms, one has a bunk and a twin to sleep 3, other has a double bed with a trundle to sleep 3 and there is a hall bath. Second floor has deck, living room, dining, kitchen, powder room, Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and full bath. Top level has a hall bath and 2 bedrooms, one has a queen bed, the other has 2 twin beds. The are 6 beach chairs,1 bike, ping pong table, and cornhole as a courtesy Just a short walk to the bay! Perfect location for fishing and the best vantage point to observe breathtaking sunsets!
