Cottage 183, located at 1405 SEA ISLAND DRIVE, a beautiful Marsh Front Estate on the NW corner of 14th & Sea Island Drive, an Original Sea Island Classic.
Just ONE BLOCK walk to one of the nicest BEACH on Sea Island. This Classic Cottage is the perfect getaway. It has the eloquence of a fine private estate that's nestled in nature's magnificent beauty.

The cottage has a grand lay out of yesteryear. There is a formal living room that opens on to twin patios overlooking a beautiful spring fed pond and miles of lush marsh.

There is a magnificent ENTERTAINMENT WING, with a jazz piano, a slate pool table, a ping pong table, a large screen TV, a stereo, and its own kitchenette.

When it is time to turn in there are FIVE BEDROOMS ALL with their own PRIVATE BATHROOMS. There are three individual Suites, two with king beds and one with an awesome super plush queen. The master bedroom has magnificent views of the pond and marsh. It has separate his and hers bathrooms. In addition there is a large bed room adjacent to the game room with a king & a twin bed. Perfect for teenagers. Also included is a kids room with a twin bunk bed and its own bathroom.

This neoclassical 1965 French cottage has boasts 5,400 square feet of space. Many of its original fixtures, woodwork and hand crafted details have been maintained to its original Sea Island luster. It is conveniently located on 14th street between the Marsh and Sea Island Drive.

Barron’s named Sea Island #1 on their list of “Best Places for a Second Home'. While its beauty and range of lifestyles and luxury, as well as its status as a “power alley” of influential residents, were noted, Sea Island was rated highest for its value. Outside magazine’s Adventure Advisor chose St. Simons Island as a “Best Fall Beach Escape” because our sandy beaches are largely employ in the off season while temperatures are sill in the 70s, and fishing, surfing, and biking are all possible. National Geographic Traveler included the Georgia Sea Islands, as its “99 Top Rated Places”. Speaking of golf, this is the perfect base for attending the PGA’s McGladrey Classic golf tournament held at Sea Island's fabled Seaside golf course.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location! It was a short walk across to the street to the beach. The beach chairs and bikes were very helpful to have at the house. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Great week. We will stay here again next year. Ryan was very responsive and quick to answer any questions.

The house was amazing and the property manager is great. We had so much fun in the game room and the views from the formal living room were so great. We will stay here again!

Stunning setting and location

A very well managed beachside property on one of the most beautiful islands in the US. The house is well equipped and very well managed Ryan. The house could certainly do with some modernisation but overall a fantastic vacation experience

Summer Fun at Sea Island

We had a great trip, enjoyed by all. There was plenty of room to spread out, and lots of activities to satisfy anyone. Some of us went to the beach club, and some of us stayed at the house all day enjoying the views and the serenity. We will be back.

4 couples on an annual golf trip. This house is huge, each couple had own room and bathroom. One block from beach. 15” walk to cloisters or take one of the bikes the house offers. Great communication with house manager, easy check-in process.

Gorgeous house, super friendly host

The house is lovely and could not be better located on the island. The sprawling home has tons of space to host a big group without folks living on top of one another, a beautiful kitchen, and a game room that’s perfect for gathering. The hosts could not have been more accommodating or friendly. Would recommend this home to anyone - 10/10!!

Spacious and comfortable home in Sea Island

This house was perfect for our group of grandparents, aunties, teenagers and 3 teens/pre teens. We loved the fun layout of the house and all the art work and other cool items to look at. The rooms were all large and spacious (except the bunk room but it was very functional). The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed to grill and cook a few meals at the house. The kids really enjoyed having their own wing with pool table and ping pong table. The location on Sea Island is great. We used the bikes for a short trip to the Beach Club or you could just access the beautiful unspoiled beach right across the block from the house. Getting into the house was very easy and Ryan was helpful and very responsive throughout the entire process. We would definitely return for another stay. Thanks!

House is comfortable. Ryan is great! Had a few minor issues that he handled quickly. Only negative I can say is the kitchen is missing storage containers so can be a bit tricky and the knives are a bit weak, but this is just being nitpicky.

Beautiful home with numerous different "spaces" to enhance your stay. Ryan could not have been a better, more proactive communicator and went above and beyond to make the stay easy and simple for us. Would definitely recommend for a larger group!
