The nearly 55 m² apartment features a sunny panoramic balcony, inviting you to relax and enjoy the mountain views, which further enhances the charm of this special accommodation.
Thanks to its central location, Coop, bakeries, and many local shops are just a few minutes' walk away, ideal for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity, and in winter the ski bus is free of charge, making your stay even more comfortable.
From the large panoramic balcony, you can enjoy not only the view of the mountains, but also the sunny atmosphere that makes this penthouse apartment so special.
There is a reserved parking space in front of the house, which makes arrival and mobility on site particularly convenient. However, the valley station and the Scuol-Tarasp train station are also within easy walking distance (approx. 500 m).
Practical note: The apartment is located on the upper floor of an inhabited house. Access is via a curtain and not a lockable door.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ästethisch gestaltet. Qualität wird gross geschrieben!
Der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein, ist wettergeschützt, die Sicht auf Berge und den Ort Scuol bis hinunter nach Sent wunderbar.
Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Für die ausgesprochen schönen, selbst gesuchten Pfifferlinge bedanken wir uns nochmals herzlich!
