"Clean rooms and helpful staff."

"Hotel was in very convenient location (close to Tram stop, many destinations in easy reach) and general condition was very good. I booked a Townhouse Room, not realising it was separate from main hotel (not made clear on booking details) and we had a groundfloor room facing the road. VERY noisy - nightclub directly opposite with lots of noise until 3am and Tram passes right outside window every 15 mins or so. I would avoid those rooms!"

The property was convenient for the Luas into town, and the bar opened late for guests which was nice.Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and the soda bread was gorgeous. The bathrooms were a bit dated and need a little talc but bedrooms were modern with very comfortable beds."
