Poor location. Rooms need updating. Air conditioning poor. $17.00 for parking. 🙁 Breakfast not included. ☹️ I will stay at Fairfield Marriott next time.

Stayed here before, great location in town, walking distance to many great restaurants. Didnt realize it was day of St Patty's day parade in Scranton so hotel bar was packed and celebrating! Not ideal with 2 teens in tow, but not a major issue. Only real complaint was no towels in bathroom, except used one left on floor. Again, pretty minor and easily fixed.

Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and had many stains. When I took a shower in the morning the soap/bodywash dispenser in the shower was empty so I had no soap. Around 10 am I was woken up by someone knocking on my door even though I had the Privacy Please sign hanging on the door handle. Since the person knocked numerous times and wasn’t leaving I had to get up and answer the door. It was Houskeeping asking if I needed them to clean my room. I said I am checking out at noon. They asked if I needed anything. I was quite annoyed.

The room had water damage from ceiling which had questionable mold issues. Shower knob for shower head was loose and not functional. Very disappointed for a Hilton.

My food was wrong when I ordered at the bar I had no lights that worked in my room the bed was really comfortable and the front desk was really helpful I just think the people working at the bar need a little more training I told them twice I didn’t order the brisket sandwich and still got was given it

The staff were amazing. I had panic attack in the lobby & they took great care of me throughout my 1 night stay. They got me to room, helped me w parking, they treated me w such care & respect during an obvious embarrassing incident for me. Thank you purple hair ( Kim, I think), the younger girl w dark hair and a male manager. They were super supportive of me in the morning and I just couldn't believe the compassion and care of these people. Not to mention my room was absolutely beautiful. Thank you very much. I will never forget y'all

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They care about their guests' comfort. The only con was parking. I had to pay $45 to park for my three-day stay.

Nice place. Price was reasonable… actually a lot less than I would have expected . Breakfast buffet was yummy and our chef Carl very knowledgeable of area ( best of luck with your future plans !). Even ate dinner here at the bar… food until 11 pm ! We will be returning in the spring.

We enjoyed our first stay at this hotel during Christmas. The staff was great, the room was spacious, clean and relatively quite although the doors slam loudly and need bumpers to dampen the noise. There was a dog barking one morning in the adjacent room and somewhere else nearby which ended after we alerted the front desk. We enjoyed the Christmas cookies left for us Christmas morning, the service and food in the restaurant was good. One thing I would like to point out is that some guests who work physical jobs take the advertising of a hot tub seriously when we see it. It is not just a place to hang out but an opportunity for some physical therapy during our holiday. If you advertise it, have it working or take it off the list of amenities! I might have chosen another hotel with a hot tub had I known yours was broken. Also, get more luggage carts to compensate for the rude people who think they own them. Otherwise, thanks for the well kept facility!

Below average Hilton at best. Staffing would have my vote for the only above average rating. Its about to be 2024!! very antiquated rooms with no usb ports, 2002 electronics and interior.
