This hotel was horrific and I travel frequently. I feel personally scammed by this hotel; DO NOT STAY HERE. On first appearance, the hotel looks like it will be enjoyable. You walk around back to two beautiful pools. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! This will be your worst nightmare. When we arrived, we were texted a code to enter the dirtiest room on site. It straight up looks like a motel. The paint in the bathroom tub and toilet was peeling. The bathroom had a door on rollers that didn’t stay closed because they couldn’t take time to level it. Additionally, you could hear everything your neighbors did through the wall. Our neighbors got home at 4am where they decided it was a great time to make love and ruin our family’s night sleep. We were all up and disgusted. We heard everything they said and did. There was zero privacy. The back door leads right out to an area with loads of people when you stay on the bottom deck where we were. So unless you want people looking at you while you relax, you can’t open your windows and have to sit in the dark. Overall, do not stay here. It was not worth a penny of the lots of money we spent here. You have to pay to park in their own lot. The worst part is we thought this was going to be nice so we paid addition money to check in early. I didn’t sleep for more than two hours due to hearing through the walls. I never have had a worse experience.
