My first room smell like fish, they transferred me to another room which had no air conditioning. The guy at the lobby told me he could get me a fan. Imagine 105 degrees in Arizona with a fan. Was moved to a 3rd room. Had great air conditioning.
The last two days no housekeeping. Didn’t do the rooms. I was just so annoyed at this point, that I just asked for towels. Waited two days for towels. Finally my husband had to go searching for a cart to get towels.
The manager Kyle and Assistant Manager Karl tried their best to make things better. But, at this moment I was just done."
