"Hot tub not working. Elevators not working. Door wouldn’t completely lock. Front desk wouldn’t answer when called. The AC would turn off and on constantly but was the loudest AC unit ever so it kept waking me up. I never write reviews but the was the worst stay I’ve ever had. And the breakfast was donuts and yogurt. "

There were multiple times where they forgot our order so we just ended up ordering from the bar, but I don’t know if we were charged double. Room was great. Staff was friendly. Would possibly rebook again. "

"Property was great as was location. Super quiet neighborhood but close to shopping only several minutes to hwy 101 (but far enough away - no noise). Yard setting was awesome, lots of seating, lounge chairs, shade, room for kids to play and adults to lounge. We used pool, hot tub and pickleball court extensively. The house was well stocked and very livable! "
