The staff seemed a little confused or upset that I booked through Expedia. Put me in a room that was not checked before arrival for cleaning. Bathroom was dirty.

The room wasn't clean. There was a lot of dirt in the corners, and the light fixture was broken. There were cracks all over the walls at the seams.

The bathrooms were dirty. The tub walks had spots all on them, dirt all around the toilet on the floor and the room had an aweful smell coming from the air conditioning unit and I wouldn’t sit on the couch as it did not look clean. The beds were extremely hard and the tv had horrible reception. The batteries kept falling out of the remote as it had no back. It was strictly a place to lay my head for the night as I had been driving a long time. Not impressed with the so called renovations.

False advertising
First off they advertised having a free breakfast you get there and they tell you it’s just coffee, the rooms looked like crap and the mattresses were old and worn out

Room was extremely dirty, even had hair & dirt in the sink. There were dead ants all over the walls & in corners. There were dust bunnies everywhere. It's outdated, the microwave is old & very small. The shower had hot water but is very worn & dirty looking. The soaps provided didn't even make us feel clean. Beds were comfortable enough to sleep but old & stained. The sheets appeared clean. There was a newer tv but the old was was still sitting under it. There were some shady looking people hanging around. The washer didn't work at first & my husband had to unplug it & plug it back in to get it to work. You had to call at night because there's no button to push for the night person, although their sign says it does. You literally get what you pay for. It's cheaper but not worth even that!

Only if desperate and like overflowing toilets
Bring a plunger. And cleaning supplies. Not a single toilet in the whole complex flushes. Cleaning is done by some tweakers who live on site. They get paid $2 per room so its pretty sketchy. Usually you can get towels but might only get sheets once a week. The breakfast is a waste of time. It it the most worthless stale and nasty stuff. The mgr has about 50 English words.

They didn't have my reservation on file and acted annoyed with me about it the room was dirty and he wouldn't open up the pool it was 3 pm and he said it was to late ...I use to always stay here because it was truely the best value but it has since changed owners and I was just not happy at all if I'd hadn't already paid on line I would have went somewhere else :(

Take your money elsewhere.
We only chose this motel for the price per night. I would definitely not stay here again. There were stains all over the mattress and pillows. There were cigarette burns everywhere. The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom and was falling out of the wall. Had multiple disturbances throughout the night with people knocking on the door once at 9:00pm and again at 2:30am. We were there for two nights and the second day when we returned back to our room, our towels and washcloths/rags were gone from the room and no clean ones were put back. Ashes all over the floor behind night stands. The TV only worked half of the time. The overall wifi service was well on our cell phones. The mini fridge, microwave and blow dryer were all seriously outdated. People were in and out of cars all throughout the night. You are NOT getting any bang for your buck. Choose a different place! I literally went to Walmart and bought disinfectant wipes and spray a few minutes after checking out the room being we had already paid and it was too late. (There is a sign on the wall at the desk that says no refunds after 10 minutes of check in.)

The staff was very stingy, when ask for extra coffee they would only give 1 at a time. Ask for extra/replacement towels they followed me back to the room to get the old ones like we wad going to steal them.

Worst hotel in in the United States
I wouldn't keep a goat in a place like like. There was hair mounded up on the box spring I could have made a wig. I book for 5 days I left after my second night. The experience was so bad I most likely will not use Expedia again.

Weird! I think we may have been only guests there. Felt like twilight zone. When ready to check out at 8:45 a.m. the lobby was locked and dark. Certainly no breakfast as advertised and confirmed at check-in. Really strange! Only employee we saw was a man who was painting somewhere and who also checked us in when we arrived.

Been there twice in a month to fish Guntersville. They have power hookups for charging your boat. Felt comfortable about no one messing with my boat so overall I recommend it.

The one and only ice machine was not working so no ice we had no cups or coffee in our room had to go to the office and get them and only had 2 towels in the room good thing we took some with us the only good thing I can say the room was clean the next time I will stay at another motel!!!!
