Very unique room with plenty of space. Great folks running the Powerhouse on Broadway. Enjoyed the bar and atmosphere. Will be staying again when we visit the area.

Self check-in was easy, a nice spacious apartment with kitchen amenities. Bed was very comfortable. TV was positioned side on to the bed, so it was difficult to watch TV. The location was quiet at night, however not many options for dining out without using the car (it was a Monday night so many places were closed).

I wanted someplace ‘special’ as I’ve always been able to stay with family here in Scottsbluff. They’ve all passed away now so routine is a memory. The memory of downtown was fun and being up above it all . Large (!) room. Modern and swanky would describe it. The same price as hotels in town too, but seems like it would cost more. Check-in was easy ; my first time at online no people.

We absolutely loved this property. It smells so good when you walk into the building. I believe it’s the cocktail restaurant on the first floor. We stayed in the Abbott room and the size of the room really surprised us. It is a gorgeous room with a huge mirror. It has a little kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It is extremely clean and smells like everything is brand new. The king bed and pillows are super comfortable & the bathroom is huge and the water pressure is great. Would definitely stay here again.

This Hotel exceeded our expectations.From the obvious cleanliness of the room (the suzette) to how nice the adjacent park. The keypads worked easily. Communication with the owners was spot on. The kitchen is very nice. I feel that this facility offers great value for the money !!

We loved the location on Broadway downtown Scottsbluff NE! Very convenient. Everyone super nice even strangers in the street. Coming from New York, we were not used to this kind of hospitality! We tried nearby Runza sandwich was very good. Property was clean and so comfortable, after a long day drive.

I loved staying in a place that I remember paying our electric bill in. I loved all the original decor and woodwork. I loved the size of our room and the beautiful style of modern and old decor together. Check in and check out was so easy. Location was awesome.

Great hotel in Scottsbluff

Very nice place to stay. We would definitely stay here again. Very clean! Communication was great and check-in process was easy. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed but we found a great brewery across the street.

Such a cool place to stay! Gorgeous building. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Love the old doors and exposed bricks. Extremely quiet. We've stayed previously and this is our #1 choice while visiting the area. We'll be back!
