"Lovely restored property , the grounds are beautiful. Great location easy access to nearby villages. We were 2 couples and only used the main house. The Bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and the Beds slept well. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Be prepared to buy basic essentials such as Toilet paper , paper towels, dishsoap , salt and pepper etc. We paid to have the maid come in and freshen the bed linens and towels in the middle of the week..Host family is lovely but over...

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."
