"Fantastic value. I booked the breakfast & dinner option and was not disappointed. Staff is outstanding -- my dinner waitress [Isamel] speaks 5 languages fluently, has a Masters degree in international business, and is very easy on the eyes. Hotel offers a collection of reading glasses for reading the menu [in case you forgot yours] -- this was something I've never encountered before in my travels. Parking underground is tight, but so is everywhere else in Europe. Short walk to ski lifts. 25 min walk to Vallunga Valley trailhead [well worth seeing]. Highly recommend. "

"We loved our stay! Beautiful new chalet with every amenitie...with the most amazing view with an outdoor fireplace and covered deck!! Hanna was available for any questions and could walk to Beautiful trails and a lake straight from the chalet. Very cool underground parking, safe and well lit. We were given wonderful restaurant recs tooWould live there if we could!"

"Beautiful views, great amenities. Breakfast buffet was stellar, loved the pool, sauna and wellness area (wish it was open longer hours). Staff very helpful, parking easy and rooms were clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. It's a bit of a drive up the mountain, but that affords privacy and beautiful views. We loved our room with a deck that ran all around."

"Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. When we checked the hotel’s own website, the rate for two people with half-board was still showing about €100 less than what we were being charged. When we reluctantly agreed to pay the €70 just to end the argument, we were then told we would actually need to pay €293 additional euros because the “rate had changed.” We were forced to pay this on-site, even though our Expedia reservation was already fully prepaid. Despite showing proof of payment, we were denied a refund. Staff said they would contact Expedia, but this dragged out for hours, and we were only able to check in after 8 PM and were not given a refund Room Issues: The room we were given did not match what we had reserved and paid for, we had booked a superior room with a mountain view, but were placed in a standard room. Because I am 7.5 months pregnant and we were exhausted from traveling, I did not have the energy to argue further and resigned myself to what was provided. The room itself had multiple, No internet throughout the night (we could not even open the bar menu PDF). Oddly provided toiletries (4 shower caps, 4 shower caps, only one lotion and shampoo, no conditioner, no vanity)."
