Villa with pool and panoramic view
The villa was built respecting the surrounding environment, reusing every single stone (Timpa) present in the land.
The property has two buildings, close but not attached: one for guests and the other where the owners live. This second building is also rented in the period of July and August.
The large size of the property, the functional separation of the outdoor spaces and the privacy of the owners guarantee absolute privacy, even when using the swimming pool.
The entrance is through the kitchen-living area, from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the countryside and the sea. A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
From the living area you can also access the panoramic covered veranda.
A small downhill path leads to the swimming pool, 20 meters long and 4 meters wide. In addition to the solarium, there is also a pool house, with a bathroom, a shower and a ping pong table.
The property is perfect for a relaxing holiday, but with the sea and the world heritage cities within easy reach.
