Private villa between land and sea, between the treasures of the Baroque and the places of Montalbano. An oasis of peace located in a panoramic position overlooking the Ragusa Riviera.

Hours to be respected for neighborhood rest are from 15.00 to 17.00 and from 24.00 to 08.00.

The property is 1.2km from Cava D'Aliga, the beach area where wave erosion has formed cavities and caves, the best known of which is the Grotta dei Contrabbandieri.

The Sciclitana coastline stretches for 20km with sandy, golden beaches, clear sea and Mediterranean scrub.



If you are looking for what to see nearby you are spoiled for choice!

A short distance away are Modica and Ragusa Ibla, 10km and 25km respectively, where you can admire the labyrinth of alleyways, Baroque architecture and taste Modican chocolate. In 20 minutes you can reach La Casa di Montalbano with its splendid sea view of Punta Secca; in 10 minutes you can get as far as Marina di Ragusa and the free blue flag beaches. In less than an hour you can get to beautiful Noto, Marzamemi, stunning Syracuse and Ortigia. In 20 minutes you reach Comiso airport and in 1h30 Catania Fontanarossa airport.
