The charm of an infinity pool (size 4.00 x 12.00 meters, depth min 0.30 - max 1.60 meters) and an expansive sun terrace, adorned with tasteful garden furniture, invites, creating an idyllic setting for leisurely breakfasts and cherished moments.
Inside, the villa features a luminous living room and dining area, distinguished by expansive glass panels that unfold onto the terrace, seamlessly blending with the outdoors. A well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with walk-in closets and private bathrooms, and an additional bedroom with two single beds, accompanied by another bathroom with a shower, complete the internal space.
The annex instead consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom with bathroom.
Modern comforts, including air-conditioning and heat pumps in every room, Wi-Fi connection, two televisions, a washing machine, dishwasher, American coffee and espresso machine, ice-maker, and barbecue, are thoughtfully provided.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 5 nights, changeover day flexible except from 20 July to 23 August (7 nights, arrival day Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50.
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, heating, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
Important note: At time of booking you will be required to pay separately the tourist tax of 1.50 €, per night, per person excluding children up to 12 years, for max 7 nights.
Pets not allowed.
No smoking property.
 
The swimming pool is open all year round.
