"Excellent customer service, they offered an upgrade at their sister Boutique Hotel Badhaus. Beautiful, modern, centrally located with a private parking. Their stay conviniently includes a Südtirol Guest Pass, complimentary drinks and a delicious buffet breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful town of Brixen/Bressanone."

"Amazing stay! We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the Dolomites. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to get air conditioning even though it wasn’t part of the booking. (The family that checked in right before us was not as lucky…no AC.)
The pool and hot tub was great even though the spa area is under construction. The breakfast buffet was incredible with many cold options and they offered eggs cooked to order as well.
We would definitely stay here again."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche Urlaub in Südtirol und haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Mitarbeiter – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen gefühlt.
