Ottimo soggiorno locale pulitissimo fornito di tutto ciò che serve, bagno ok posto auto sotto il balcone recintato, la raccolta differenziata funzionante perfettamente, spiaggia pulita composta da sabbia e ai lati roccia per chi come me ama immergersi mare con acqua pulita, ma sopratutto l'ottimissima accoglienza del proprietario e delle sue collaboratrici al momento dell'arrivo, luogo tranquillo senza rumore del traffico di auto perfetto per riposare tranquillamente. La Sicilia è molto bella ovunque si vada ottima cucina a prezzi bassi ma soprattutto la meravigliosa accoglienza che offrono i siciliani.

Appartamento decoroso. Primo piano. Vista mare. Funzionale per una breve vacanza.

La spiaggia vicina e' quella di Renella . Piccola e non molto pulita. Per raggiungere la spiaggia di San Marco bisogna avvalersi di un mezzo. Ambiente poco gradevole alla vista: sacchi di spazzatura perennemente lungo la strada. La spazzatura prodotta bisogna caricarla in auto e portarla al bidone piu' vicino che dista piu' di 5 km. Personalmente ho vissuto poco in appartamento: rientravamo nel tardo pomrriggio ed al mattimo uscivamo. Lo consiglio come base di appoggio non come posto per vivere le vacanze

L'appartamento è stato un po' al di sotto delle nostre aspettative. Dalle foto sembrava più spazioso, sia l'interno che il terrazzo. Non era chiaro dalla descrizione che l'appartamento si trovasse all'interno di un residence, per altro abbastanza grande e gestito da più enti. L'accoglienza non è stata delle migliori: le indicazioni sull'ubicazione del residence 'capo San Marco e Renella' sono state poco chiare, e una volta arrivati, abbiamo atteso a lungo prima che il proprietario si presentasse. In generale la comunicazione coi proprietari non era semplice, e gli orari dell'ufficio piuttosto oscuri. Il terrazzo è carino, ma parzialmente privo di copertura, il che lo rende inutilizzabile in caso di pioggia, e nelle ore più assolate. Il residence si trova in una località piuttosto bella (capo San Marco) a circa 7 km dal centro di Sciacca, con una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi e un mare cristallino. Il bar annesso al residence dispone di pochi prodotti essenziali (pane, pasta, scatolame e detersivi), e fornisce pasti su ordinazione, ma Per qualsiasi servizio occorre recarsi a Sciacca, ed è indispensabile l'auto. La pulizia era sufficiente, e il bagno abbastanza grande. Il cucinino non adatto a cucinare molto più che della pasta (ma questo era prevedibile). Inaccettabile, nel 2016, che non ci sia la raccolta dell'immondizia - non parliamo di differenziata -: tocca caricarla in auto e buttarla al primo cassonetto (alcuni chilometri verso Sciacca). Il centro di Sciacca è molto carino, e a distanze relativamente piccole (entro 80 km), da qui è possibile raggiungere varie perle siciliane, come la valle dei templi e la Scala dei turchi a est, e Selinunte e Marsala a ovest.
