"Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Außer einer Mikrowelle (auf die man auch mal gut verzichten kann), gab es alle üblichen Küchengeräte. Sogar einen Kuchen oder Muffins hätte man backen können. Die Betten beim Doppelbett waren uns vielleicht ein bisschen zu weich, aber da ist ja auch immer persönliches Empfinden - geschlafen haben wir trotzdem gut.Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Edeka und nem Bäcker) war super. Die Lage ist zwischen Kiellinie und Holtenauer Straße trotz großer Straße ruhig und sehr gut an Öffis angebunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Sehr schwierige Parkplatzsituation. Geringe Mängel in der Wohnung, welche aber dem Vermieter bereits mitgeteilt wurden. Kurzum: ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Mietshaus, aber durchaus akzeptabel. Fahrradverleih und Bäcker 2 min Fussweg. Bis zum Strand zu Fuß ziemlich weit, vorallem wenn man mehr als ein Handtuch mitnehmen will. Super Aussicht, ständiger Schiffsverkehr welcher zu jeder Tageszeit bestaunt werden kann. Ansonsten prima Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis."
