"the location was beautiful, the facilities and rooms were spotless, and we made lots of use of the common space! the real star of the show was the manager/concierge dora - she helped us so much with getting around the city, recommendations for day trips, and making us feel so welcome and comfortable. she truly made our trip fantastic! we can not recommend staying here enough! "We have stayed in a few B&B hotels and they usually do not disappoint. St Gallen hotel was a challenge to find due to how new it is but we arrived and were able to check straight in with the welcoming, friendly lady on reception. Covered parking for the motorcycle is always a bonus, great room, clean, comfy bed, nice pillows, near train station as they usually are. Nothing to dislike especially for the cost, great value for money hotels."

"Whilst i assumed this hotel to be nice, it has exceeded expectations. Very comfortable, stylish and really well designed everywhere. There really is nothing bad to say and everything here is well done and considered. Great staff too and an amazing selection for breakfast. In order to find something to criticise Id suggest really cups in the bedroom rather than paper ones for tea/coffee - it feels out of character with the effort throughout. BUt still 10/10"
