This brand new holiday home - its construction was only finished in 2016 - is located in close proximity to the two ski lifts of the Penkenbahn and the Horbergbahn at Mayrhofen. This location gives you easy access to any of the surrounding ski areas. You will get there in no time! The ski bus essentially stops on your doorstep. All apartments are brand new. They are furnished in a way that exudes modernity, style and superior quality. This should help you unwind completely. You will get to enjoy a big combined sitting room and bedroom along with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and of course, a terrace or balcony.
The ski bus stop is 100 meter further

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Mayrhofen train station, and there was a ski bus stop nearby, The apartment was modern and clean, and we felt very comfortable, Our hosts were extremely helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries, We even had fresh bread delivered in the morning! I highly recommend staying here in Mayrhofen

Although it's a bit away from the town center and Penkenbahn, the ski bus runs regularly, Just keep in mind that the buses stop early, so returning from apres-ski will require a 20-minute walk, One downside was that we booked expecting three separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms, but there were only two bedrooms available, and two of us ended up in the living room, which was less than ideal, Having a communal space to unwind was crucial for us, and we were disappointed to find only one bathroom with a shower and sink, and another with just a toilet, It's important for future guests to clarify the floor plan and ensure it meets their needs, as it is a lovely place overall!
