Enttäuschende Erfahrung trotz sehr schöner Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, und ist funktional ausgestattet. Küche komplett, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirr reichlich vorhanden. Der Garten ist groß, jedoch durch viele Bäume eher schattig. Positiv war die schnelle Hilfe zweier Handwerker, die den anfangs defekten TV-Anschluss reparierten.Leider war die Organisation über FeWo unübersichtlich: Zuständigkeiten wechselten, Preisangaben waren nicht transparent und kurz vor Anreise wurde eine zusätzliche Überweisung gefordert. Auch die Haustierregelung war widersprüchlich – gebucht für 2 Hunde, kam ein Aufpreis von 30 /Tag wegen „allergiegerechter Reinigung“ hinzu, obwohl das Reinigungspersonal selbst einen Hund mitbrachte.Sauberkeit bei Ankunft nur mittelmäßig: Fingerabdrücke auf Fenstern, Spinnweben, verschmutzte Gardinen und Hundetapser auf Bettlaken. Türen klemmten, der TV war veraltet und zunächst funktionslos. Das Haus bietet alles Nötige, wirkt aber optisch eher zweckmäßig und ohne typisches Ostsee-Flair.Fazit: Schöne Lage, Unterkunft grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber Kommunikation, Kostentransparenz und Reinigungsqualität sind verbesserungsbedürftig.

Der frühe Vogel fängt den Wurm

Die Lage ist super - sehr nah an einem recht ruhigen Strand. Wer es mag mit der Sonne aufzustehen und den Sonnenuntergang abzuwarten bevor er schlafen geht, ist hier richtig. Die Schlafzimmer kann man nicht abdunkeln. Nur die Nachtische und ein kleiner Schrank im Flur bietet Platz für Kleinigkeiten, sonst muss man alles anhängen oder aus dem Koffer leben. So wie auf den Fotos zu sehen gibt es in den Schlafzimmern keinen Kleiderschrank.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt im schönen, sauberen Ferienhaus. Allerdings mit schlaflosen Nächten wegen vielen Mücken. Deshalb sind Mückenfenster wünschenswert. Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter und Agentur ebenfalls verbesserungswürdig betreffs Angaben zum Wäschepaket und Auscheckzeit.

Schönes Häuschen

Alles super, alles sehr sauber, nette willkommensgrschenk in form einer sektflasche und Schokolade. Zwei mankos , ein toaster wäre schön gewesen und Infektenschutz an den fenstern und türen wäre top gewesen. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen für eine schöne Auszeit und Erholung.

Schönes (sehr hellhöriges) Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Die Bilder und der Preis lassen auf eine hochwertige Ausstattung schließen. Uns fehlten jedoch viele alltägliche Gegenstände wie z. B.: Porzellan-/Glasschüsseln, Salatschleuder, Salatschüsselchen mehr als 3 Stück, Kuchengabeln (sollten mehr als 3 sein), schneidende Schere, scharfe Messer, Wischeimer + Wischlappen, Leselampen am Bett, Badematte und v. m.. Teilweise wurde durch den Vermieter nachgebessert (Eierbecher, Handtücher und Wäscheständer).

Eine perfekte 1-wöchige Auszeit

Wir (meine erwachsene Tochter mit Hund und ich) haben in diesem schönen Haus eine entspannte Woche verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Hier war Abschalten kein Problem. Der Empfang war unkompliziert (wir sind Stau-bedingt leider erst relativ spät eingetroffen). Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, nahe zum Naturstrand gelegen ist dies der optimale Ausgangspunkt für lange Strandspaziergänge - in westliche und östliche Richtung. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Teenagern an der Ostsee. Das Ferienhaus hat alles geboten was man sich wünscht. Sehr großzügige Platzaufteilung. Die ganze Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt trotz bescheidenem Wetter.

Eine schöne Woche!

Wir haben hier mit 4 Personen eine schöne und entspannte Woche verbracht. Der Empfang war super nett, im Haus alles super, der Weg zum Meer war kurz, das Wetter toll. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und nicht vermisst- außer die in der Ausstattung beschriebene Waschmaschine. Aber für eine Woche ging es auch ohne. Wir können diese Ferienunterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Danke schön!

Entspannte Auszeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, kamen mit den Utensilien einigermaßen zu Recht, der Rest ist Urlaubsimprovisation… sehr ruhig und nette Nachbarn, alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal gelegen für Strandspaziergänge, Ausflüge und zur Erholung.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ein paar Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt und ist im Inneren neu renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben zu viert eine schöne Woche dort verbracht und kommen gerne einmal wieder.
