"Check-in instruction need to be clearly highlighted to customer before making the booking. I had to stay one night in a different hotel. Hotel.com support is very poor, when contacted the agent as he given Switzerland number to call hotel.

"Fabulous design hotel with great bar, restaurant and terrace. The rooms are dark and dramatic with all modern amenities, the air conditioning could be fiercer but outside was 32 degrees so not too bad. Great shower pressure. The chef has amazing talent with lots of adventurous dishes. The restaurant staff seemed stressed. Breakfast was excellent too. Free access to the local outdoor pool was a nice touch."

"I had a phenomenal time staying here! The room was tidy, cozy, and plenty spacious. All the windows were easy to open and the patio was ultra-relaxing after a long day of hiking around.
The breakfasts were incredible. Hard or soft boiled eggs, meats and cheeses, versatile breads and pretzles, sauces, jams, veggies, etc. The cappuccinos are highly recommended, and I would come back in a heartbeat for another round of breakfast and hiking!"
