"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

"Excellent breakfast. There was a shuttle bus as promised, but on busy mornings it could not take all skiers. Also, it did not run during the evenings, so you had to take the car to the town for dinner. We had two rooms and one was bigger than the other. Neither room had a desk which made it difficult to work. Nice warm spa area. The parking fee was strange as there is no way to get to the hotel other than by car, there are plenty of space and far from anything else."

"We recently stayed at this hotel as a family, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the hotel is. The interiors are stunning — elegant, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every space feels luxurious yet welcoming, and the attention to detail in the décor and ambience is remarkable. The facilities are outstanding. The spa is peaceful, immaculate, and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Every area, from our room to communal spaces, was spotless — the hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional. The complimentary shuttle to the ski lift was a fantastic bonus, making our stay seamless and stress-free. As big food lovers, the dining experience was another highlight. Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking beautiful surroundings, outstanding food, and exceptional service."

"Some improvements to be made.. A linen charge of 15 per person is outrageous when already paying tourist tax, per person per night and the cleaning fee, and booking fees and the full fee of rental.Tourist card was not dropped off by owner as she said she did, and friends had to pay for bus a few times (after argument with drivers)Definitely not appropriate for 16 adults and 3 children. Small pull out couches or sofas for 5 adults would be too small by far.Lower apartment kitchen not adequate or adequately equipped for 6 adults. Could not walk to upper apartment by steps as too icy and too.much snow so 2 minute walk outside to reach other larger house entrance.For 15 linen fee/each , no sheet only duvet and TERRIBLE low quality pillows. Very disappointing for that additional invented fee. Location and common area and quality very nice and as advertised. Had a visit from other people that said that they were renting propert on same days as us. As well as visit from police that demanded proof and copy of rental agreement and fees paid. Were told not to worry about our stay, but was stressful for some friends The apartments (lower and upper) communicated by stairs , but was blocked by temporary board/wall. Why? "

"A great stay!! Our hosts could not have been more accommodating, any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. We enjoyed the roominess and style of our rooms. We were there for the Hahnencam Downhill. Our hosts even provided us transportation to the event. Not expected but much appreciated."

"Great location and very comfortable setup for family if 4. Only suggest to have a few basics such as toilet paper and paper towels when guests arrive. We went to store to purchase so it worked out fine, Otherwise we found all we needed. It was easy walk to lifts where we stored our stuff so we did not need to transport back and forth."
