I had an amazing time at my stay! The place was super relaxing, and the facility was beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and courteous. And the grounds were so serene and peaceful. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This is a good property, it’s very well situated to visit the main sights of cologne. The hotel condition and amenities are good, but a few things bring down the rating. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. Basically, my room was never cleaned during my 2 night stay. The staff, with the exception of the lady who helped me check out, lack friendliness. They were not rude or anything, just very brief in their communication without any warmth or hospitality.
These are areas they should work on.
Overall this is a perfectly adequate hotel for a few days in cologne.

"The hotel was amazing. This was our first time in Cologne and we had a great time. The staff was friendly, the food was perfect, and we loved that the hotel was walkng distance to the Cathedral. We will be staying there again when we bring our children to see the Cathedral."
