Schwarzenbach an der Saale liegt am Fuß des Kornbergs und ist auch als Heimat von Donald Duck weltbekannt. Hier hat Dr. Erika Fuchs die Donald Duck Comics in die deutsche Sprache übersetzt. Noch heute kann man hier zahlreiche Orte, Geschäfte und Persönlichkeiten aus den Comics vor Ort live besuchen und erleben.
Auch landschaftlich bietet die Gegend mit dem Fichtelgebirge, dem Hofer Land und dem Förmitzspeicher zahlreiche Ausflugs- & Erholungsgebiete.

Unser 2026 komplett neu renoviertes Ferienhaus wird für Sie der perfekte Ort für eine kleine Auszeit. Das Haus bietet auf 99 m² alle Annehmlichkeiten, welche man nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag im Fichtelgebirge, im benachbarten Tschechien, oder dem naheliegenden Frankenwald benötigt. WLAN, ein Fernseher sowie ein Hochstuhl für die Kleinsten stehen ebenfalls bereit. Ein Hund ist nach Absprache willkommen.
Das gesamte EG ist komplett alten- & behindertengerecht umgebaut (barrierefreies EG, extra breite Türen 1,0 m, elektrisch höhenverstellbare Betten, befahrbare Dusche mit Sitzbank ca. 1,0 x 1,2 m, WC mit klappbaren Haltebügeln und vielem mehr).
Insgesamt bietet das Haus 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten verteilt auf 3 Schlafzimmer sowie 1 Bad, 1 Küche, 1 Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer.
Im komplett umzäunten Außenbereich befindet sich eine Terrasse sowie ein absperrbares Gartenhaus mit 5 Steckdosen zum Laden von E-Bikes.
Vor dem Haus ist der kostenfreie Parkplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Haus.
Eine Möglichkeit, sein E-Auto zu laden, besteht gegen Gebühr wenige Häuser weiter bei dem Vermieter oder an nahe gelegenen öffentlichen E-Ladesäulen.
