The whole property needs redone. Old everything. Shut it down and redo all the rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and breakfast room.

Can hear the people upstairs talking and loud footsteps. Water damage in the bathroom is ugly. Snack corner poor picks and few choices. I would try not to stay in a Holiday Inn again

We stop there because we broke down on the side of the road. Finding the entrance to the hotel from the feeder road was very difficult. The street was not marked at all and at night time it was almost impossible to find. Overall, the hotel inside that sheets were very nice the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast bar was down to no coffee at all, no hot food, one danish left and some green bananas.

We stayed one night to break up the driving to Port A as we often do when leaving late and going by car rather than travel trailer. The rate was reasonable enough and the parking adequate enough that I would consider even staying there rather than a trailer site for the night. Staff was quite accommodating, the king size bed and pillows comfy, though we did bring our own pillows. The entire property including the rooms, lobby and elevators were clean and well maintained. The provided breakfast was a very pleasant surprise with rotating menu and the cold food, as well as sausage and other hot item options offered that day were pleasantly tasty. We'll definitely stay there again!

Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable beds, nice decor. Recent hotel, clean, nice pool, plenty of parking and yard to walk your dog. Restaurants nearby. Just perfect for a stop between Dallas and South Padre Island, or between San Antonio and Houston.

No mention of pets when you checked in/ then when questioned and told about pet fees you said you only had 2 dogs. But you actual had 3. The gentleman with you at check out only wanted to pay for 1 pet and told me only 2 dogs when I asked 2 or 3 ? you corrected him and said 3 and you shouldn't have to pay that you that when you made your reservation you did not see any pet fees and went on to tell me it's my job to correct it. That you are very observant and check everything. I let you know I would check the site I went on to Expedias website and printed it for you and it clearly stated the terms and conditions and fees...I printed it for you and showed you to let you know it was on the site.. Your reply was it wasn't there when you your reservation. I'm sorry that you rated us a 2 even though you became aware of pet fees before you decided to stay the night in a room 4 adults and 3 dogs.
