"Excellent property with amazing staff. Staying here was part of our 21 days Europe road trip. After traveling through Germany, France, Switzerland, and Italy while spending over 17 days in various hotels and resort, this property certainly ranked high in our book. Thank you Kevin for making our stay delightful "

"Einfach alles super, sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"My stay at Hotel Lucia in Damüls was wonderful from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view outside my window was absolutely breathtaking, the perfect way to start each morning. Breakfast was fresh and generous, and every corner of the hotel showed real attention to detail and cleanliness. The location was ideal, peaceful yet easy to get around from. What made this stay truly special was the staff, kind, respectful, and so warm that I didn't feel like a guest, but...

"Loved the location!!!"

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

"Halbpension war sehr gut und das Wellness war auch sehr schön. Kontakt vor der Anreise war äusserst angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Excellent hotel with great facilities and kitchen. The best thing though is the service, truly world class - from reception, the restaurants and especially the bar. Will be coming back many times."

"Great little property with easy parking, beautiful views, and a wonderful spa!"

"Ok"

"Super søde personale, Vi var på mc og på afrejse ville vi ude at køre med svævebane. Vi fik lov til at lade alt vores oppakning blive i låst garage og hente det senere på dagen."
