"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. Pictures depict it accurately, it is a very specious, clean and new property with all possible amenities you might need. "Wir haben als Familie (von Kleinkind bis Großeltern) 4 sehr schöne Tage in der Hirschberghütte verbracht. Die Hütte lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist toll und hochwertig ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Da wir großes Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir auch den Grill und die Terasse mit Sitzmöbeln nutzen. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett."

"Alles in Allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt im sehr schönen und gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit viel Platz, auch mal zum Zurückziehen. Es war alles vorhanden was wir in dieser Zeit brauchten und wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne mal wieder einige Urlaubstage dort verbringen.
