"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). "Schön wäre es gewissen, wenn in der Beschreibung gestanden hätte, dass es sich um eine ehemalige Klinik mit wenigen Umbaumaßnahmen handelt. Zum Teil werden die Räumlichkeiten für Rehaaktivitäten genutzt, sodass der Eindruck aufrecht erhalten bleibt, dass man sich in einem Krankenhaus und nicht um ein Hotel handelt. Man sollte deutlich darauf hinweisen, dass die Wellnessangebote tagsüber nicht nutzbar sind wegen medizinischer Benutzung/Reha-Nutzung. Abgesehen davon waren Preis und Leistung...
