Unser Anwesen ist ganzjährig geöffnet und liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Königssee, allein stehend und umrahmt von der herrlichen Bergwelt der Berchtesgadener Alpen, am Fuße des Watzmanns. Das Siegllehen war ursprünglich ein Forsthaus der königlichen Jäger. Um unseren Gästen den notwendigen Komfort bieten zu können wurde unser Haus liebevoll renoviert! Unser Gästehaus ist auch im Winter ideal gelegen! Vor unserem Haus befindet sich ein Wassertrog mit Sitzbänken, eine schöne große Kaffeeterrasse mit Markise und eine beeindruckende Aussicht auf die Berchtesgadener Berge. Genießen Sie hier das Frühstück, tagsüber einen kühlen Trunk oder verbringen Sie einen gemütlichen Abend mit unseren Hausgästen. Unser großer Sonnenbalkon, der für jeden Gast zugänglich ist, lädt Sie zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Unser Haus liegt zentral in unverbauter sonniger Lage. 4 Hektar eigener Grund ums Haus, garantieren Ihnen Ruhe und Erholung. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist unser Almkaser direkt am Haus. Erleben Sie im Tal pure Hüttenromantik - im Sommer wie Winter! Unsere parkähnliche Anlage bietet all unseren Gästen genügend Freiraum, um sich erholen zu können, ohne "das Weite" suchen zu müssen. Wir hoffen Ihr Interesse geweckt zu haben und würden uns freuen, Sie bald als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen. Bei Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Kostenloses WLAN im ganzen Haus.
Unsere Ferienwohnungen befinden sich im 1. OG im Haus mit Balkon, sowie unsere Ferienwohnung Gotzenalm (Almhütte) am Haus. Ausgestattet sind unsere Ferienwohnungen mit Küche (ausgenommen Hütte-> Küchenzeile), Essecke, TV, kostenloses W-Lan, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Föhn. Parkähnliche Grünanlage mit Erfrischungsbecken und großer Sonnenterasse für Groß und Klein frei nutzbar. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Auch Hunde sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Genießen Sie unvergessliche Tage bei uns am Königssee.
