You’ll gain access to the apartment building via a personal guest link (through the Ring app).
Using this guest link, you can open the building’s front door and access the key box, which contains the apartment and building keys.
The key box is located at the apartment entrance door.
The access code required to open it will be emailed to you shortly before your stay, along with other useful information about the accommodation and important notes.

Shortly before your stay, you will receive a PDF file via email containing the apartment owners’ personal contact information as well as additional details.

The town of “Berchtesgaden” offers numerous shopping options, such as Rewe, Lidl, EDEKA, DM, and speciality stores for outdoor clothing.
There is also a laundromat in the centre of Berchtesgaden, which you can visit while running errands or planning a restaurant visit.

In the Berchtesgaden district, a visitor’s tax must be collected for each holiday guest (reduced or waived under certain conditions).

In exchange for the visitor’s tax, you as a guest will receive a so-called guest card, which entitles you to numerous discounts and free use of public transport.

This fee is non-refundable and must be transferred to the host’s bank account before arrival. Shortly before your stay, you will receive the corresponding guest cards in the form of a QR code.
