The property has other houses for host and their family, so the host is on site and easy accessible. We are able to use the garden, which is beautiful with variety of flowers and plants. The contract states there is a live in administrator with a dog that uses the upstairs common area, stairs and laundry. She was pleasant but it was a surprise as we failed to appreciate the fine print in the listing. However, we would stay again. "
