"The hotel was fine for what we needed - a good location for a stopover in Chur for the scenic train journeys. The room was basic, a bit dated and we missed not having a kettle or fridge facilities. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite basic for the price. "

"It was an older hotel and very nice with the remodel. It was expensive but a good price for the area. Great location and close to the ski-lift and restaurants/shops. Be prepared to walk hills and steps and if you’re coming from the train station, get a taxi if you have luggage!"

"The whole entire staffs made our 2 nights special celebration extremely outstanding there is no words I can explain. Me and my boyfriend feel super welcome and accommodated during out whole entire stay. Will definitely be back and stay here again"

"The hotel was very expensive for what it was. The rooms were nice but in need of some modernisation, especially the bathrooms. It also irked me that all of the decent facilities were in the sister hotel which we’d have rather stayed at. The staff were all lovely but some of the information we were given turned out to be wrong and when we had an issue with a private taxi they had booked for us they weren’t helpful at all. The also didn’t tell us that there would be works going on during our stay which included the table and chairs being removed from the lobby and the carpet being covered! "
