"Schon beim Check in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und über alles wichtige informiert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt auch als nicht Hundebesitzer. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, das Essen ist sehr empfehlenswert und auch sehr fair vom Preis. Latrop selber bietet auch einiges wie einen Park mit Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Spazieren nach einem sehr guten reichhaltigen Essen."

"This hotel was advertised with spa services food, and in close proximity to ski lifts. What they do not say is that the spa services in the pool they charge per person per day, the ski lifts are not even close and are not within walking distance. To eat at the restaurant you have to reserve it the day before and pay an €18 fee per person. They don’t serve lunch only breakfast and dinner on certain days. The front desk people were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Parking was another area of contention as there is not enough parking for the guests and the road to get to the parking spot is very narrow."
