New, completely renovated and spacious apartment in the center of Schlitz.
All everyday shopping opportunities can be reached on foot in a few minutes, the historic castle ring with market square and its castles is within walking distance!

The castle town of Schlitz, a state-recognized resort, lies idyllically between the low mountain ranges Vogelsberg, Knüll and Rhön. The medieval town with five castles and the 36 m high back tower in the historic old town offers its guests a romantic half-timbered atmosphere combined with modern infrastructure such as an outdoor pool, pharmacies, medical practices, supermarkets and restaurants. There are numerous hiking and biking trails (approx. 160 km) plus canoeing and horse riding.
The Landesmusikakademie Hessen Schloss Hallenburg is centrally located and, surrounded by a beautiful park, offers a variety of musical events with creative artists.
The traditional costume festival, an international folklore festival, and the Christmas market under the largest candle in the world inspire locals and visitors from home and abroad.

Die Wohnung war voll ok , auch die Lage im Ort war prima .Allerdings findet in den Räumen unter der Wohnung am Samstag immer ein Discoabend statt . In dem einen Zimmer war es relativ ruhig aber indem anderen Zimmer war kein Schlaf möglich . Die Wohnung ist am Discowochenende nur Nachtschwärmern zu empfehlen .

ein schöner Kurzurlaub im mittelalterlichen Städtchen

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, von der zentralen und dennoch ruhigen Wohnung aus konnten wir vieles unternehmen, und das, obwohl wir öffentlich unterwegs waren. Gerne wieder, wir zehren noch von einem abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Nette Leute dort, sowohl in der Ferienunterkunft, als auch die Menschen in der Fuldaer Umgebung. Das macht Spaß!

Schöne Zeit in der Burgenstadt Schlitz verbracht.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in die Umgebung. Ferienwohnung war mit allem soweit ausgestattet,was man so braucht. Nette Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Umgebung. Hilfsbereite Vermieter, die sich gekümmert haben.

Kann ich leider keine Bewertung abgeben, da es eine Doppelbuchung gab. Da wir auf den Weg zum Urlaubsziel darüber informiert wurden das die Wohnung doppelt belegt war. Uns wurde eine Ersatzwohnung in einem anderen Ort angeboten. Diese lehnten wir ab, da diese leider nur ein Schlafzimmer hatte und daher für uns nicht vergleichbar war. Die Punkte gibt es dafür , das der Vermieter sich bemüht hat Ersatz zu schaffen und für die Geldrücküberweisung.

Tolle Wohnung an der historischen Altstadt

Wir können uns den anderen Gästen nur anschließen! Tolle Wohnung, unkomplizierte An-&abreise mit Begrüßungsgetränken. Ideal für eine Fahrradtour auf dem Vulkanradweg. Die kleine Altstadt von Schlitz ist sehenswert abseits der Touristenpfade.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.

Es ist alles in der Unterkunft vorhanden was man benötigt. Von frischer Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Spüli, ist alles vorhanden. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Ein sehr schöner Ort, man erreicht vieles zu Fuß , der Bäcker und sämtliche Geschäfte befinden in unmittelbarer Nähe.

moderne Wohnung in mittelalterlichem Umfeld

Der Eingang zur Wohnung ist etwas versteckt und das Haus sehr alt, doch wenn man die Wohnungstür geöffnet hat, erwartet einen eine großzügig geschnittene helle Wohnung, großer Flur, geräumiges Wohnzimmer, schönes Schlafzimmer, großes Bad, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Alles perfekt. Und zu Fuß kann man von dort direkt Wanderungen oder die Besichtigung des netten Städtchens beginnen. Fulda ist ebenfalls sehr sehenswert. Sehr netter Vermieter, wurden mit urigem Pils versorgt. Unbedingt die Destillerie im Ort besichtigen, tolle Auswahl. Schöne Restaurants und Gaststätten fußnah. Ehemalige Grenze mit Museumsanlage der Amerikaner "Point Alpha" ca. 40km entfernt. PKW kann man in der Nähe kostenlos am Straßenrand parken. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
