"The me and all hotel in Leipzig is very new, modern and exceptionally clean. The location is excellent for exploring the city, with everything conveniently within reach.
The room was comfortable and well designed, although we personally didn’t love the open shower concept and the separate toilet. That is, of course, a matter of personal preference.
We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, as we preferred to try some of the cafés and breakfast spots in the city.

We did not feel our room represented value for money. The people in room number 2 paid a similar amount but had more spacious accommodation.
On the second night our key cards did not work (and no, we hadn't kept them near to a phone) We were unable to access our room and the so called 24 hour help number went to voicemail. Essentially there was no help, despite the best efforts of German police who were on duty...

"The hotel was very clean and the beds were like clouds. The food at the buffet was phenomenal and the staff was very friendly, personal and very helpful. My only complaint is the bathtubs are extremely tall and difficult to get in and out of for people with some issues. The tubs were extremely slippery so if you go ask for a rubber mat for the tub. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel."
