"Only problem with the hotel is we couldn't gain access when we arrived there around midday - my wife stayed at the front door while I tried an entrance around the back which was also locked - we finally managed to attract someone's attention so that they could open the door for us. Other than that glitch we were happy with the hotel and staff. "

Wenn die Matratze im Bett mit einem Topper versehen gewesen wäre, dann hätten wir 5 Sterne und auch mehr vergeben. So hatten wir auf der sehr harten Matratze keine gute Nacht, aber das ist unser empfinden, andere schlafen gerne auf einer Matzatze die kaum nachgibt. Sorry."

"Fascinating architecture -- a textile factory that's been done up. It has exposed ceilings and huge windows. It's clean and the bed is comfortable and the staff are kind and the kitchen was well-equipped, except for the coffee maker. I loath the 'expresso' makers that require a coffee capsule - it's just super-expensive instant coffee that gives you the fake feeling that you're a barista, and the resulting cup is disappointing. "We checked in late in the evening, but the staff sent us the door code for the front door and the room and from that perspective check-in was very easy. The hotel was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was just a five minute tram ride from the train station and a five minute walk to the tram. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops."
