We checked in late at night and checked out early so only slept there, bed was comfy, good shower. Air con was a portable AC machine with a hose out of the window. So unable to use at night, but was lovely and cool when we did use

Magnificent in every way. The spa was relaxing with excellent services. The food was exquisite- we tried all of the restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The Dolder Grand is a magical place!

The beds are located against the window with a desk abutting the foot of the bed, so it is difficult for the inside person to get into and out of the bed. There is no coffee pot in the room. The paid buffet breakfast has an assortment of foods, but they are always the same each day, with no variation. They do serve specialty coffees, however. The location of the hotel is near to the train station and shopping areas, which is convenient.

The staff at this hotel provides 5-star service. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Thank you.

It was a beautiful property, we had a large room, much more than what we expected. The morning breakfast was amazing. The hotel was close to restaurants and the local mall.
