This luxury villa, spread over several playful floors, offers not only comfort but also a prime location. From the house, you can walk straight into nature, or explore the rolling Limburg hills by bike. Thanks to its central location, there are numerous possibilities for fun excursions in the region. Visit the lively Vrijthof square in Maastricht, enjoy wellness at Thermae 2000 in Valkenburg, explore the Drielandenpunt in Vaals, or taste special beers in Schinnen and Gulpen. Even Belgium and Germany are just a 10-minute drive away.
The villa is situated near the charming village of Schinnen, rich in history and surrounded by natural beauty. Despite its mining past, the town still exudes authentic charm.
