You cannot buy or manufacture old world European charm and hospitality. At this property these qualities are 4 generations in the making. This hotel never disappoints. "Staff was very helpful. They were friendly & knowledgeable. Room was clean. I liked the soaps & shampoo on the walls. One comment, breakfast was not included & was very expensive, especially since seniors do not eat that much to warrant the cost."

"From the moment we arrived at Staycity Apart, the staff were welcoming, helpful, organised and supportive. We arrived earlier than scheduled and they moved us into a double room which was prepared, so thank you for being supportive. The room, had everything you need, inclusive of a small kitchen, it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bus/ tram connection was conveniently located outside the hotel, and the connections to the Altstadt, were quick and efficient."
