In Schiffdorf-Spaden, right next to the maritime city of Bremerhaven, the newly built "Eco House Spaden" (2021) is the perfect choice for a relaxing family getaway. The house is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with the option to accommodate an additional guest on the living room sofa bed. A crib and high chair can be provided.



The 58 m² holiday home features a living/dining room with a table for 4–6 people and a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, electric grill, and more. There is one bedroom with a double bed and oversized, fluffy duvets, a children's room with a bunk bed (1.80 m long), and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The living/dining area offers a comfortable, extendable sofa bed.



A highlight is the private, fenced garden with two terraces: one covered with a table and six chairs, and another in the garden with two cozy loungers. The house is Bed+Bike certified. A lockable storage room with a socket for e-bikes, cycling maps, and a repair kit is available.



Start your day with breakfast outdoors before exploring Bremerhaven’s harbors and maritime museums. A bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk away. Free parking is available in the carport.



Pets are not allowed. The interior is step-free with wide doors and can only be rented to holiday guests. An EV charging station is available free of charge. Electricity is generated by solar power. The property is secured on the street side by a fence with a lockable gate, providing extra safety for children.
