We checked in earlier than check in time and would have been charge a fee which we agreed to pay but we got in without the extra fees since our 2 quad rooms were all ready! Thank you to the front reception staff! We appreciated settling in earlier than expected

Great location, easy to access all areas of the city either on foot or using the public transport system. Room was clean and tidy, however it was located in the basement which fronted the main road. Access to the room was right next to the breakfast area. It was called a deluxe room. Unfortunately that was not an accurate description at all. Two single b ds pushed together with a mattress topper finishing off the ensemble. Evertime we left the room we would literally bump into someone grabbing food. Not ideal at all.
