SPACE FOR SIX GUESTS

Villa De Parelduiker has three bedrooms spread over two floors. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed. The second bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are also located upstairs. With two bathrooms, there is plenty of space and comfort when staying with six guests.

A WARM AND WELCOMING LIVING ROOM

The living room is the heart of the villa. Warm colours, comfortable furniture and nautical details give the space a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.

There are two comfortable sofas and an armchair. The large round coffee table is a lovely place to enjoy a cup of coffee together, play a game or simply relax. The dining table seats six guests.

The kitchen is directly connected to the living room and is fully equipped with an induction hob, combination oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and kettle. For coffee, there is a Nespresso coffee capsule machine.

ENJOY THE OUTDOORS

From the living room, you can step straight into the garden through the sliding doors. The spacious, green garden offers plenty of room to enjoy being outdoors, while the sunny terrace has a dining table and chairs.

There are also sun loungers and a parasol. A gas barbecue is available in the garden shed, so on a sunny day you can also cook and enjoy a meal outdoors together.

The villa has its own driveway with space for two cars. There is also a washer-dryer combination and you can use the charging station for an electric vehicle. Use of the charging station is subject to a fee via EcoTap.

One of the biggest advantages of Villa De Parelduiker is its location. The Oosterschelde is less than a five-minute walk away.

Start your day with a walk along the water, enjoy the fresh air or head out for a day on the water. In Oosterschelde National Park, you can enjoy activities such as stand-up paddleboarding, sailing and diving.

Wulpdal Holiday Park is located in Scherpenisse, on Tholen Island. This peaceful part of Zeeland is known for its combination of water, nature, polders and characteristic villages.

Hop on a bike and explore the Zeeland dykes and country roads. Cycle towards Yerseke and discover the region's famous oysters and mussels, or plan a day trip to Goes or Bergen op Zoom for culture, shopping and cosy terraces.

Of course, you do not have to plan an outing every day. Sometimes it is simply wonderful to return to the villa, open the doors to the garden and take it easy for the rest of the day.
