Villa De Smient has three bedrooms spread over two floors. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed.

There is also a second bathroom with a shower upstairs. A separate toilet is available on both floors, providing extra convenience when staying at the villa with six guests.
