RELAX AND UNWIND IN ZEELAND

Looking to escape the daily hustle and bustle? Villa De Schollevaer is a charming detached holiday villa for six guests at Wulpdal Holiday Park in Scherpenisse. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious garden, a lovely terrace and your own Finnish sauna, it is a wonderful place to enjoy Zeeland together.

From the living room, you can step straight into the garden. There is plenty of space outside to enjoy a meal together, have a cup of coffee or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Your dog is welcome too, so the whole family can enjoy a holiday together.

SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE LIVING

The open-plan living room is the heart of the villa. It features two comfortable sofas and a TV, making it a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring. The dining table seats six and is perfect for an extensive breakfast, a cosy dinner or a board game together.

The open kitchen connects directly to the living room and is fully equipped with an induction hob, combination oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and kettle. Pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils are also provided. Coffee lovers can enjoy a Nespresso coffee capsule machine.

This makes it easy to enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the morning, prepare something tasty to take with you during the day and cook together in the evening.

SLEEPING COMFORTABLY WITH SIX

Villa De Schollevaer has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, both with a double bed. The second bathroom with a shower is also located upstairs.

There is a separate toilet on both floors, which is particularly convenient when staying with a larger group.

RELAX IN YOUR OWN FINNISH SAUNA

One of the lovely features of Villa De Schollevaer is its private Finnish sauna on the first floor. After a long walk, a bike ride through Zeeland or an active day on the water, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

But of course, you do not need to have had an active day to enjoy it. Sometimes it is simply wonderful to end a holiday evening with a relaxing moment in your own sauna.

ENJOY THE OUTDOORS

There is plenty of space outside as well. The villa has a spacious garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture and a parasol. In good weather, you can enjoy sitting outside, have a meal together or simply relax with a cup of coffee.

The garden also offers plenty of space for children to play. And since dogs are welcome, the whole family can enjoy the Zeeland outdoors together.

There are two private parking spaces next to the villa.

ZEELAND AND THE OOSTERSCHELDE

Villa De Schollevaer is located at Wulpdal Holiday Park in Scherpenisse, on the island of Tholen and close to the Oosterschelde. From here, you can easily explore the Zeeland countryside, the water and the area's characteristic villages.

Take a walk along the dikes, hop on a bike and explore the peaceful polders and villages of Tholen. Water enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities for paddleboarding, sailing and diving in Oosterschelde National Park.

Yerseke is also nearby and is a great destination for lovers of Zeeland's famous oysters and mussels. For an afternoon of shopping, a drink on a terrace or a day out, head to Goes or Bergen op Zoom.

After a day full of adventures, it is wonderful to return to Villa De Schollevaer. Open the door to the garden, sit outside together and end the day with a relaxing session in the Finnish sauna.

Villa De Schollevaer combines the space and privacy of a detached villa with the comfort of a private sauna and the peaceful surroundings of Zeeland. A wonderful place to spend time together, explore the area and, above all, enjoy your holiday.
